Meet Carmen

Carmen McDonald

RHC, CMCS, RHN, CPT, CTS, CCES

Hi, I’m Carmen, a Behaviour-First Health Coach, Transformation Specialist, Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and midlife athlete with 35 years of experience helping women move through midlife with clarity, confidence, and strength.

Midlife can feel like losing your sparkle, your energy shifts, your identity changes, and what used to work no longer does. But midlife isn’t a setback; it’s a turning point. When you understand what your body is experiencing, you can rebuild from a place of strength instead of fear.

​

I specialize in helping women rebuild their energy, vibrance, health, and sense of self, so they can feel powerful in their bodies again and excited about the next chapter.

She serves on the Health Coach Alliance Board Of Directors, the Humber College Wellness Coaching PAC, and is the Lead Health Coach for My Heart Fitness, a cardiologist-backed heart-health program supporting lifestyle transformation.
